Abstract: The individualization of tourist demand has caused the multidimensionality of travel motives. The fact that they expect an integrated tourist product indicates that tourists travel to a destination because of a large number of motives. In this paper, we have analysed the push-pull concept, which represents a widely accepted theory of motivation in tourism. It is concluded that for 26% of respondents treatment and rehabilitation, 32% water consumption of medicines, 47% socializing with friends and 43% of leisure time in intact nature constitute are the main push factors of choosing a destination by statistical analysis of the data collected by research conducted in the period from 5 December to 25 December 2015. On the other hand, 52% of respondents said that, for them, the most important factor is quality medical staff, 44% diverse medical treatment, while 46% of respondents said that a wide variety of local attractions are factors that attracts them to a specific destination. Using and Spearman correlation coefficient the relationship between the push factors and future behaviour of tourists in termsof repeat visits and recommendations to friends is determined.
