dc.description.abstractU radu su definisane osnovne karakteristike kvaliteta sigurnosnih blagajni koje je potrebno kontrolisati i neusaglašenosti koje se javljaju u procesu proizvodnje, na osnovu dokumentacije privrednog društva „Primat oprema“ DOO Baljevac. Ocena stabilnosti procesa je izvedena pomoću atributivnih kontrolnih karti kvaliteta. Nakon izvršene analize, greške su klasifikovane po brojnosti pojavljivanja. Unapređenje kvaliteta proizvoda se sprovodi utvrđivanjem najuticajnijih grešaka pomoću Pareto analize i određivanjem korektivnih aktivnosti koje je potrebno sprovesti.en_US
