There are some basic quality characteristics and some basic unconformity of Security Equipment (Safes, Deposit safes, ATM Safes, Vault Rooms) that occurs during production process and which should be controlled. The stability of the process for variable sample size is controled using uchart, which shows the average number of defects (failures) per product. Quality improvement of products is carried out by determination of the critical failures using Pareto analysis and by determination of corrective actions that should be taken.en_US
