dc.description.abstractPresented in the paper is analysis of variable blank holding force influence on the forming process of AlMg4,5Mn alloy sheet in monotonous forming. Considered is deep drawing of cylindrical geometry, in one hand, and of square cross section in the other. Basic results are obtained in classical condition of constant blank holding force using. Constant blank holding force is defined by empirical recommendations. With such a results are compared the results obtained in optimized contact condition by using variable holding force which changing during the forming process (combination of decreasing and increasing kind). Complex experiment was carrying out on computer controlled device, and results show the achieved effects.en_US
