dc.description.abstract | Rad daje uporedni prikaz eksperimentalnih rezultata za duboko izvlačenje cilindričnog komada u uslovima konstantne sile držanja sa različitim kontaktnim uslovima (suvo, ulje, polietilenska folija i ulje) s jedne strane i za izvlačenje sa promenljivom silom držanja i različitim kontaknim uslovima, s druge strane. Koristi se klasičan čelični lim, a prate se distribucije deformacija fi1, fi2 i fi3 zavisno od lokacije i u dijagramu granične deformabilnost, sila izvlačenja i dubina komada. Primenjuju se tri modela programski zadate sile držanja:opadajući, rastući i kombinovani. Prvi rezultati ukazuju da je promenom sile držanja moguće značajno uticati na proces dubokog izvlačenja i karakteristike gotovog komada. Ključne reči: čelični lim, duboko izvlačenje, promenljiva sila držanja ABSTRACT Presented in the article is comparative view of experimental results of pure deep drawing (deep drawing of cylindrical cup) in conditions of constant blank holding force with different contact conditions (dry, oil, polyethylene foil) in one side and the results of deep drawing with variable blank holding force and different contact conditions in other side. Classical thin steel sheet is used and given are both: main strains fi1, fi2 and fi3 dependence on location and strain distribution in forming limit diagram (FLD). Also, forming force and working piece depth are controlled. Three program controlled variable blank holding force models are used: decreased, increased and combined. First results, presented here, shows that variable blank holding force has significant influence on deep drawing process and work piece characteristics. | en_US |
