Continuous variable transmission or more commonly known as CVTs are increasingly used on different vehicle categories. This kind of gearbox has evolved to the present, which allows the torque transfer without loss during transmission from the engine to the drive wheels. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the benefits of applying such a gearbox and at the same time the positive effects that the vehicle delivers in terms of vehicle performance. Using the CVT on the vehicle as a transmission system, good performance is achieved in terms of vehicle acceleration, speed, ease of gear change (can be both automatic and manual), reducing fuel consumption,en_US
