Abstract: The paper analyzes dialectics as a stylistic feature in Radmila Knežević’s Poems of Prizren. The main goal of the research was to recognize, describe and classify the most significant dialect features observed in the analyzed collection of poems. The structural specificities of dialectics were observed in relation to their artistic value, and the methods of integral stylistics combined the plan of stylematics and the plan of stylogenicity. All excerpted examples in the paper are divided into three groups - phonetic-phonological, morphological and syntactic dialectics. The most important results of the research can be summarized as follows: (a) on the phonetic-phonological level, the most significant vocal features are the use of the semivowel phoneme ə, the Ekavian reflex of the former flock and the reflex lu in the place of the vocal l, while the fundamental removal of the voice h stands out from the consonantal features , the use of the affricate ѕ, the replacement of l at the end of a syllable with the group -(j)a, (b) on the morphological level in the declension system, a special place is occupied by the inconsistent analytical declension and analytical comparison, as well as the pronominal enclitics gu, gi, ni, while in the system conjugation, the most significant use of the future of the first, which is expressed by the Balkan construction da + present, (c) on the syntactic level, of particular importance are the verb enclitics at the beginning of the sentence and doubling of the object. The analysis of dialectics as a stylistic feature of Radmila Knežević’s poetry showed that dialectics in the Poems of Prizren represent one of the key elements of the author’s creative process. In relation to the use of normative literary language, the aesthetic and poetic function of the dialect in the analyzed artistic text produced a more complex and authentic lyrical effect. The analyzed language units proved to be both stilematic and stylogenic.
