dc.description.abstractModern development of technologies has largely affected both vehicles and systems as well as parts on the vehicle. The braking system, as one of the important systems from its onset, has been actively developed and continues to evolve. Today, there are modern braking systems that, in addition to assisting the driver while braking, also enable the operation of this system in the proper way. The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with some of the modern braking systems as well as the systems on which they rely, despite the fact that these systems function under the principles of mechanical connections. As a result of the application of such systems, a higher level of active safety is obtained when it comes to the braking action of the vehicle. Bearing in mind the result of the application of these braking systems, the application of these systems is wide and can be applied to driver training vehicles of all categories as well as professional drivers, in order to prevent the occurrence of traffic accidents.en_US
