dc.description.abstractCardan joints are widely applied at working machines. The reason for their usage, is because they can transfer the drive from the tractor to the working machine, at different angles and the position of the cardan joint axis in space. The aim of this paper is to show, how the angle of the axis of the output shaft in respect to the input shaft, influence on the angular speed of the output shaft. Besides that, it will be given comparison between speeds and accelerations of the input, intermediate and output shaft in function of time. Determination of kinematic characteristics of the double cardan joint, will be performed by applying the CATIA software package, module DMU Kinematics.en_US
