UTICAJ VEŠTAČKE INTELIGENCIJE NA OBRAZOVANjE PRAVNIKA

Abstract

The main focus of this work is the development of the artificial intelligence, as well as its impact on social relations in general. Relations established due to the impact of artificial intelligence on the legal system are particularly taken in to the account. Through its strategic orientation Republic of Serbia has, undoubtably, took the position of emerged development of artificial intelligence. Parallel with standard strategic documents Ethical directives has also got special attention, because with them some of the issues in the field of education of future lawyers are targeted. This work gives an overview on curriculums at the law schools in Serbia, founded by the state, and also in in its final conclusions it points out on the need for the incorporating subjects and issues that are related to the artificial intelligence in the existing curriculums.
