Abstract

Higher education is the basic pillar of educational activity in every country that strives to make it the basis for its development. The holders of higher education are employees of higher education institutions. None of these institutions could exist without their employees. The state's attitude towards them speaks of its attitude towards higher education. The issue of salaries of employees at colleges and higher education institutions has been relevant for many years, since wages do not correspond to the work they perform and their social role. The system of salaries of college employees is based on by-laws that have not been changed recently. The recent change is illegal and unconstitutional and will be discussed in more detail in this paper, among other things. Additionally, further confusion in the method of calculating salaries for faculty employees is caused by the introduction of the Information System for Preparation, Execution, Accounting, and Reporting – SPIRI.
