Developing methods for efficient and timely diagnosis of CAD is of great importance for day-to-day medical practice. In this paper we have compared the difference between single coronary artery branch 3D reconstruction with multiple coronary artery branch 3D reconstruction. Both methods utilize the same approach for extracting data about coronary arteries from images but differ in the way the arteries are reconstructed. The main limitations of automatic 3D reconstruction of coronary arteries are the differences in imaging used in different hospitals for conducting X-Ray angiography. Future research will include looking into how these two methods can be used in conjunction with one another effectively in terms of time and computational resources instead of their separate applications.en_US
