Title: Uticaj fizičkih veličina opruge povratne sprege na karakteristike dvostepenog servorazvodnika

Abstract: Kod dvostepenih elektrohidrauličnih servorazvodnika sa mehaničkom povratnom spregom po položaju razvodnog klipa, povratna sprega se ostvaruje uz pomoć opruge povratne sprege. Ova opruga je kruto vezana za donji kraj odbojne pločice prvog stepena hidrauličnog pojačanja, a na njenom donjem kraju se nalazi kuglica kojom se ostvaruje kontakt sa razvodnim klipom drugog stepena hidrauličnog pojačanja. Kuglica se ubacuje u odgovarajući žljeb na klipu, pri čemu se, zbog konstrukcije, javlja mali zazor. U radu su izvedeni izrazi za određivanje sile (obrtnog momenta) usled deformacije opruge povratne sprege, pri čemu je uzeta u obzir veličina navedenog zazora. Analizirane su vrednosti obrtnog momenta usled deformacije opruge povratne sprege, za slučaj uzimanja i zanemarivanja veličine zazora na klipu, kao i uticaj fizičkih veličina opruge povratne sprege (dužine i krutosti) na karakteristike prelaznog procesa jednog servorazvodnika iz proizvodnog programa Prve Petoletke - Trstenik. (Feedback of two-stage electrohydraulic servovalves with mechanical spool position feedback is obtained with feedback spring. It is fitted in appropriate slot in the spool with small clearance due to nature of construction. This feedback spring is firmly attached to lower end of first stage flapper, and at its lower end there is ball. The ball has task to establish contact with second stage spool. In this paper, equations for determination the values for force (torque) due to deformation of feedback spring are derived. These equations include mentioned ball clearances. Values of torque due to deformation of feedback spring in cases of taking into account and neglecting values of ball clearance of feedback spring are analyzed as well as influence of feedback spring physical quantities (length and stiffness) on transient characteristics of a servovalve manufactured in Prva Petoletka – Trstenik.)
