In a world of continuous market development and increasingly demanding customer needs, it is crucial to align production processes. To directly address the requirements for reducing production time, the application of the SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) method is essential as a fundamental tool within the Toyota production philosophy. The SMED method enables tool changeovers in a short time frame, minimizing downtime and allowing for the production of different products. This method further enhances a company's flexibility and productivity. The goal of this research is to reduce the tool changeover time in the door frame processing process, which involves five technological operations requiring three tool changes.en_US
