Abstract: IC engines construction was not changed significantly from the beginning of their usage. On some way it can be said that the construction have achieved the perfection. However, always exist tendency to develop something new, which can be better or not. In this paper it will be show the idea for construction of the engine, with simplified piston mechanism. Also it will be performed the numerical analysis, of the working cycle for classic engine, and for new one, in order to determine if trajectory law have influence on the working cycle. In this way it will be determined, did this changes can have sense, from the aspect of IC engine characteristics improvement.
