Abstract: Povećana briga zbog negativnog ekološkog uticaja različitih tipova ulja, koji se koriste kao radni fluidi u konvencionalnim hidrauličnim sistemima, naterala je industriju hidraulike da svoje razvojne planove okreće ka novim tehnologijama kojima bi se obezbedili čistiji izvori hidrauličnog prenosa snage. Zato se kao rešenje tog problema nameće upotreba obične vode, koja je ekološki čista, a sa druge strane i: nezapaljiva, jeftina, lako dostupna i pogodna za odlaganje. Jedan od najinteresantnijih pravaca u razvoju industrije hidrauličnog prenosa snage u poslednjih desetak godina je oblast vodene hidraulike. Interesantno je da je voda u hidrauličnim sistemima korišćenja pre upotrebe ulja, pa je njena upotreba istovremeno i isprobana i nova. Cilj rada je da se prikaže potencijal vodene hidraulike, kao alternative tradicionalnim sistemima, i objasne prednosti i mane njene upotrebe. Pokazaće se i primeri izvedenih hidrauličnih komponenata i sistema, pravci razvoja i očekivanja o mogućim aplikacijama u budućnosti. Increasing care due to negative ecological influence of different types of oils used in conventional hydraulic systems, forced hydraulic industry to route its developing plans toward new technologies that would provide healthier sources of hydraulic power transfer. In order to solve this problem, usage of tap water is imposed because it is environmentally friendly, and besides, it is nonflammable, inexpensive, readily available and easily disposable. One of the most interesting trends in development in industry hydraulic power transfer in the last ten years is area of water hydraulic. It is interesting that water was used in hydraulic systems before oil, so its application is simultaneously proved and new. The purpose of this article is to show the potential of water hydraulics as alternative of traditional oil hydraulics and to explain advantages and disadvantages of its application. The examples of hydraulic components and systems, trends and possible future applications will be shown too.
