Title: Rаzvој sеriје mеrаčа prоtоkа vоdе i utrоškа tоplоtnе еnеrgiје

Abstract: Kao rezultat istraživanja, u kojem učestvuju Mašinski fakultet u Kragujevcu, Zastava YUGO Automobili PJ Održavanje i PP ECM Kragujevac, razvijena je serija merača protoka vode i isporučene toplotne energije. Merači su izvedeni kao merne blende postojane na visokim temperaturama i industrijskim uslovima eksploatacije. Uređaj je koncipiran tako da se odgovarajuće vrednosti pritisaka i temperatura davačima domaće proizvodnje, pretvaraju u stabilan električni signal. Takav signal se vodi do mikroprocesorske jedinice koja obrađuje signale i prikazuje rezultate merenja u vremenu. Karakteristika kompletnog mernog sistema je da se utrošena energija na pojedinačnim mernim mestima može pratiti centralizovano uz pomoć običnog personalnog računara. U okviru rada prikazani su i rezultati do kojih se došlo merenjem protoka i utrošene toplotne energije na jednom od izvedenih merača, ugrađenih u energetski sistem fabrike Zastava YUGO Automobili. As a result of research, in which Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Zastava YUGO Car – PJ Maintenance and PP ECM Kragujevac are participants, series of measuring devices for flow and thermal energy consumption of hot industrial water was developed. Devices are of orifice plate type and are stable at high temperatures and industrial exploitation conditions. The concept of device is that the appropriate pressure and temperature values are transformed into stable electrical signal in domestic industry transducers. Such a signal goes to microprocessor unit where the signals are processed and obtained results are displayed during the time. Characteristic of complete system is that flow and thermal energy consumption from every single measuring location can be centrally monitored using common personal computer. In this article experimental results obtained from one measuring location at Zastava YUGO Car energetic system are shown too.
