dc.description.abstractThe plant lemon grass (Aloisia citrodora) was used as material in this work. The percentage of dry matter, organic acids and cellulose, was determined from the fresh plant material. Extracts are obtained from chopped dry lemongrass leaves. Extraction was done by maceration, Soxhlet and ultrasound. The content of extracted matter in the obtained extracts was determined, as was the content of vitamin C.en_US
